Content updates — changing text, swapping images, updating service listings — are always included at no charge. But if you need design changes, new functionality, or structural work on your site, Support Plans give you prepaid hours at a reduced rate.

If you're changing what the site says — updating text, swapping an image, adding a service to an existing page — that's a content update and it's included at no charge. If you're changing what the site does or looks like — redesigning a section, adding new functionality, building a new page — that's design or development work and is quoted separately. The line is clear, and you'll always know before work begins whether there's a cost attached.
The website is a managed service — Soluna Digital owns the code and design, and you have a license to use it for the duration of your subscription. You own your domain name, your logo, your photos, and any content you provided. If you cancel, your domain is transferred to you at no charge within five business days.
During your initial 12-month term, you can cancel anytime — the remaining monthly balance becomes due, but there's no additional penalty. After the first year, your agreement rolls to month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fee applies during the month-to-month period.
Most sites are designed, built, and launched within a few weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly you can provide materials and approve drafts. Delays on the client side extend the timeline — delays on Soluna Digital's side don't.

Every site is built with foundational SEO — clean code, fast load times, proper heading structure, meta tags, schema markup, and Google Search Console integration. These are the technical factors that give your site the best possible chance of ranking. Soluna Digital doesn't guarantee specific search rankings because no one can, but the performance difference between a hand-coded site and a template-built site is measurable and documented.
Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. Google Local Service Ads management and local SEO retainers are planned services. When they're available, existing clients will be the first to know.
Hosting and all managed services end when your agreement terminates. Your domain is transferred to you at no charge. Soluna Digital provides an export of any materials you originally provided — logo files, photos, written content. The website code and design remain the property of Soluna Digital.

If a subscription isn't the right fit, Soluna Digital also offers project-based builds. You pay a one-time fee, you own the site, and hosting is handled separately.
